Susan A. Goreczny

Susan A. Goreczny is an attorney and shareholder with Sacks, Goreczny, Maslanka & Costello, P.C. She has been a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois since 1985. Susan is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Her previous employment as an associate attorney was with the law firms of Marvin Sacks & Associates, P.C. and its predecessor law firms.   

Susan is a graduate of Providence High School in New Lenox, Illinois, and received a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. She received her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois in 1985.

Susan is a general practitioner concentrating her practice in the areas of family law, real estate, bankruptcy, civil litigation and small business organizations. She is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association and the American Prepaid Legal Services Institute. She is an advocate of prepaid legal plans as an effective way to give individual consumers greater access to legal representation.
